I wanted to purchase the bag I was looking at from a local vendor. Fortunately, there werent any local vendors and I was forced to purchase the bag directly from gina b. First, let me say that the customer service was prompt and courteous. I used the online contact form to ask if there were any local vendors and received an answer within a day and given several vendors to select from (none had the style I was looking for). I ordered the bag and received it within a week and it is fabulous. I appreciate good service and am glad that I was made to order direct from gina b. September 18, 2007 Hi Gina, It is now September and my lovely white Luca Bella is due to be replaced for the autumn (fall). The white bag was a perfect companion in Triora Italy, Nice France, New York and Istanbul Turkey - not to mention all over the UK. Very well designed. Functional, stylish and a bit funky (love the pink touches). I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to researching stuff like this. So I've seen my share of bags over the last 2 months. The green is spectacular...and do I need to say anything about matching it with hot pink, no I don't. How fun ! The bag is also functional, thank you for that. I am an attorney and need to be able to fit it all, the laptop and accessories, the briefs, the files, etc - all while looking professional and lugging it around from the car to court to home and back again. Highly recommended for form and function... can you do something about the professional shoe industry as well?? (I'll keep dreaming about that one.)
